What Is Lower Extremity Rejuvenation?

Leg Rejuvenation is a combination of:
  • Soft tissue mobilization w/ vibration,
  • Vaso compression and
  • Cold compression to effectively increase blood flow to localized segments of your body.

Vibration is used to increase localized blood circulation in the human frame. A specialized instrument vibrates and is passed along the front and back side of the lower extremities in slow and smooth strides, this allows for capillaries in the superficial tissue to vasodilate, which increase circulation.

Improved Circulation To A Localized Segment Assists With The Following:

1: Improve blood flow: lactic acid flush out
2: Boost muscular strength: increase oxygenation to a Zone
3: Improved athletic performance: connective tissue lengthening
4: Disruption of pain signals: Reduced used of pain medication
5: Improved somatic response: Vibration stimulates proprioception nerve endings in the tissue that had been compressed, pinched or irritated.

Vaso Compression:

After leg vibration to the right and left extremities, a patient is then slipped into two sleeves for their extremities. Vaso compression is a form of passively restricting segments of the leg to assist in the lymphatic and venous return their circulatory system. Its kinda like the feeling of getting your blood pressure checked, the “cuff pressure like” will be submitted throughout your whole leg, in progressive segments at a time.

The Following Are The Top Benefits For Vaso Compression:

1: Reduces inflammation and fluid collection
2: Helps to remove toxins such as lactic acid
3: Improves blood circulation
4: Relieves conditions such as heaviness in the legs
5: Helps to avoid development of cellulite
6: Prevents and eliminates first-stage varicose
7: Strengthens loose skin caused by pregnancy or obesity

Cold Compression:

Cryotherapy or cold compression is the most widely used pain management used. Ice is nature's natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic.

Once the patient has had Vibration to Both legs, sat comfortably in two leg compression sleeves, they then are placed into two velcro style wraps that circulate 34 degree water in a low load compression to provide continual relief and leg revival. The following are a list of the top benefits from Cold Compression:

1: Minimize Swelling
2: Lessen Pain
3: Increase Lymphatic drainage
4: Stimulate tissue healing
5: Reduce pain medication use
