I was being treated for a broken femur in 3 places, I was non- weight bearing for 12 weeks. I honestly didn't think I would ever walk again. L. Roark"With the myofascial work and learning to stretch better, I am now able to squat to parallel and sometimes getting below without pain during or after the workouts. He has work on my thoracic girdle (mid-back and rib cage) and head and neck. I have increased flexibility, greatly extended my range of motion, and increased muscle strength. An added benefit that I attribute to Dr. Rendon's work on me is the ability to now smell. I lost all sense of smell about two years ago and the doctors don't know why it happened. "Before I started going to Abel, my pelvis was unaligned due to many traumatic experiences like getting hit by a truck 10 years ago.
